Yea, you need to contact the leader to join. Obviously you need to disguise yourself as an introverted girl, so be ready to buy a black wig and some shirt that doesnt quite fit. The leader can usually be found on the rooftop of your uni. Take your lunchbox with you and go there(note: as a girl!) and try to initiate conversation with the leader of IGC. If the conversation is introverted enough then she will suggest you to join. Enjoy.
