basically your problem is probably self centredness
not to worry your not alone, we are all suffering independently, your task... relieve others suffering. see what happens.
a little prayer wont hurt either, pray to the moon if you don't believe in God.
what else? stay out of negative websites, actually stay off the web full stop for a while, join a club, learn ju jitsu or salsa or boardgaming or meetup dot com

Thanks! I do try to be kind to other people although perhaps I'm better at trying to be rather than actually being. I'm also pretty socially awkward so that usually hinders me. But I should do better.
