You also might want to try not sperging out so much about the fact you probably have a high libido; and it's sex you see it and your body/brain tells you to get off/spread your seed. I don't know if I am making the right decision but I'm breaking up with my boyfriend for this very issue. He went to therapy way before we met about his porn addiction and it didn't help. It carried on through the relationship and I'm just fed up. It shot my self worth and luckily my friend helped me build it back up.
