It isn't much an issue as long as you distinguish between drawings and real children. If you're really worried i recommend avoiding any kind of porn and stop fapping for a while, if you fap do it to normal vanilla stuff and don't do it too often.

I don't think you're in danger of becoming a pedo. You recognize that fiction is not reality, and have no desire to doing anything with real children. I think there's also a clear distinction between true lolicon and just "lolita" stuff. Like a lot of the "loli" tropes in anime and such really just look like small flat-chested girls IRL. Like there are plenty of tiny girls with tiny tits that guys love fucking anyway.
