eat enough fiber rich food and drink a lot of water. I had this two times after shitting a brick. It's hopefully just a cut to your colon and it should heal. Make sure you get enough vitamins too. Happens sometimes. Especially if you were clogged up for a few days and ate lots of fiber.
Nothing bad, put some Bepanthen on it and it won't even hurt.

It may be caused by a bunch of stuff (cancer, ulcers, gerd, etc etc), but as other people said you fucking up you fiber intake is the most probable cause.

If this repeats with normal sized dumps, go immediately to a doctor.

Ass bleeding was probably on the rectum btw. If you find blood in feces it is melena and can come from all the way up from the esophagus.
