How to stop living an impulsive life?

Ditch atheism, believe that the universe is watching your every move and wants you to make the right choices and will be disappointed if you don't constantly try to improve yourself.

Have some discipline. Start exercising every other day, take care of yourself, limit masturbation to once-twice a week max, never look at porn, try to find a lifestyle that helps you grow and pursue it.

Also, you need more people in your life. People will judge and bully you, and then you will have more motivation to change your ways. If you're a fat slob who can't conform to any sort of schedule then you probably don't have all that many decent people in your life. Internet people don't count.
