How do I push myself to wake up early? I have this app where the alarm would play until I got up and scanned a certain item. But now I just turn off my phone without a thought. I used to be able to wake up at any time even with one or two hours of sleep.
I want to get bsck into that routine, but I keep sleeping through shit. Is it just a matter of discipline?
Yes. You just have to get into the habit of going to bed at around the same time every night and waking up the same time every morning. Get a louder alarm if you have to, just find some way to get back to a routine.

Literally just put your phone across the room so you have to stand up to turn it off. Also you have to be active, if you just sit around doing nothing you're gonna go back to sleep. Try getting a job

You should go to sleep earlier that usual, have at least 8-10 hours of sleep. Personally I go to sleep around 9:30pm and wake up at 5:30-6:00am.
