6 years here, 3 years a NEET, gonna get in contact with an old school friend soon. Had a few online playmates, but was too autistic to establish any kind of real connection. Didn't feel particularly lonely, just numb, I suppose. Perhaps podcasts and such served as surrogate friends of a sort. Would not recommend.

Go online dating, get nice photo, contact as many girls as you can, keep text to minimum and set up date in person as soon as possible with them. Treat girl as a person, talk about anything and obtain gf in lesss than 30 dates.
