My little brother of 17 is underage to smoke, he's on probation and beckons probation officers dont test for nicotine. However I think otherwise. Is he right? Is he safe to smoke cigs whilist on probation?

He's on probation. Pretty sure his PO thinks he's a degenerate already regardless of whether or not it is true. They most certainly do not test for nicotine though. Smokers smell like shit, so yeah she knows but she doesn't care.
inb4 someone says something about my comments on smoking. I smoked for 15 years. Haven't in 2 years and smokers fucking smell awful now that I can actually smell.
Smoking, in and of itself, is the least degenerate drug
>weed
Dude 420 blaze it lmao culture
>alcohol
Tell me how many fathers have beaten their kids or crashed under the influence of nicotine
>all hard drugs
No need for explanation
But do they test for it though...

Weed and alcohol aren't great, but they do alter your mind/body, and that's the point of them. Smoking is what, a hobby one picks up and develops into a habit along with a physical addiction to nicotine for what payoff exactly? I don't get smoking. At least with booze and dope I understand why people do it.

How many father's have beaten kids and crashed? I don't know, but tobacco related deaths per year are greater than all other drugs combined, including booze related accidents and murders.

Nicotine gives you a high as well. Not as extreme as weed or alcohol, but it does nonetheless.
