i graduated college almost a year ago and i've been mostly jobless since. i still live with my parents. they work during the day. my girlfriend is much busier than i am. my friends aren't around. i don't do anything all day until i go to the gym in the evenings. i barely even open my mouth to speak.
i am in serious need of human interaction. i see -- not counting the same randoms at the gym -- maybe 3 different people a week. i am horribly unfulfilled with this life and I don't know what to do.
can anyone help me? I need to see people, have time with people and not a computer screen and I don't know what to do to fix that.

If you've graduated college, go get a job that uses your major, you meet new people and get money.

easier said than done for my major. degree isn't a boon to getting a job in the slightest

Join the military, City Year, Teach For America, or the Peace Corps.

military is always an option. See OCS

Then just get any job. It will get you out of the house and you will meet new people.
look for a network marketing business that's been around for awhile and FTC verified. You become self employed and the work you do is based on building lifelong friendships. Corporate jobs aren't the only answer to success, but they are easy ways to gain a little bit of experience in some fields.
Get out of this "I have a degree, I'm entitled to a job better than fast food/waiting tables/supermarket work" mentality.
