How hard is it to take care of your body? You don't need to go to the gym everyday to have a healthy body. A minimum of like 45 minutes of running every other day is enough. Showering every other day. Eating healthy. This is the easiest one on the list.

Good education and good relationships take time. A lot of commitment in these.
