You should make something you can sell. I suggest boats. It's super easy to make them nowadays, you can just print out some plans from the internet and cut out pieces of plywood and use zip ties and kevlar and resin to bind them together. You can make a decent canoe for about $200 and sell it for around $1000. It should take less than 12 hours of actual work.
