That's nonense, people just like throwing the word psychopath around.
The person who made and shared the photo of the strawberry cannot be a psychopath as the process of creating and sharing the photo to a social internet site implies the need of emotional regulation. Since psychopaths don't think about others and only about themselves, they don't need to do that, that's why the person can't be a psychopath.

There are 4 basic versions of psychopaths:
1. Low intelligence/high violence: Ends up in jail at 15. Think, armed robbery etc.
2. Low intelligence, low violence: Ends up in jail at 25. Minor crimes, like burglary etc.
3. High intelligence, high violence: Mafia bosses.
4. High intelligence, low violence: Top managers

For sociopaths, see film examples like Amon in Schindler's list (really good example) or Hannibal Lecter. They're just more impulsive. A psychopath would never enjoy blood, they would day "Yuck, now look at my shirt, it's all dirty"
