So I was on here earlier asking if anyone else has seen this, and someone told me of a screen recording app I could get.

So I got it and managed to get a picture of it.

This thing will happen randomly, only be there for maybe a half of a second, and will spin clockwise as it both shrinks and fades.

What the fuck am I looking at exactly?

What was the last app you downloaded before you noticed this happening?

I downloaded some random secret recorder app and started getting pop up ads in apps and even from homescreen. Deleted the app and it stopped.

Skype I believe. But that was months ago.

The last thing that was different on my phone is it kept saying it didn't have enough space for updates, so I deleted an old game I don't play anymore.

Factory reset your phone, then change the passwords on any accounts you've used on the phone, such as banking and email. The chances of this being a screengrabber/keylogger are too high.

It looks like a trojan horse embedded in some program you downloaded. Chances are it's doing something - like uploading your keystrokes - every time it appears.Run a good virus scan.
