buy celery and asparagus in bulk. hungry? eat that. they say you burn calories eating celery. asparagus is pretty light on calories too. eat those throughout the day adn you'll still get full, but you wont put on weight.

2-3 kilos a month if you stay very consistent. I know because of your current circumstances you find it difficult to train, but if ever in the future you decide you have room in your life to train atleast 3 times a week for an hour I suggest training with free weights and compound movements. Weight training significantly improves body composition and metabolic function.

Why? If you wanna lose fat then you're gonna have to cut calories and work out, cutting time from some other activity you would normally spend time on.

How much sleep are you getting? You need a certain amount of sleep in order to function properly regardless of what studies you have.

This is the most effective way to lose weight. Every meal just double up on the veg and cut everything else by half. This does not mean smothering your vegetables in butter or cheese sauce.
