i can't have ADHD, i'm not hyper at all. I can literally sit and do nothing all day.

I can guess I do have a severe case of ADD though.

I can hardly even focus on videogames or the screen im typing on. I have an extremely difficult time even reading something online, let alone a book.

OP here. I always believed everyone has a slight case of ADD.

I know it sounds stupid, but could Runescape have done anything? I played religiously during my younger years, and the game always gives you rewards for minimal effort. I might not be used to putting in a lot of work for something.

I can play guitar fairly well for the little time Ive played, but once i dont see any improvement, i stop.

Buy a calendar. At the beginning of every week fill it up with shit to do. Make it a habit, if you can't get something done one day mark it for the next but get it down. Do this for a few months and congratulations you are developing discipline.

Discipline is like a muscle, the more you work it the better it gets.
