We don't know what your socioeconomic status is so we can't give good advice?
Do you have a car? Do you have savings? Do you pay rent? Do you pay for the gym? Do you have a nice laptop? Do you want to go back to school? Etc.

Where are you in life? Do you have any high interest debt like credit cards, car loan, any unpaid bills? Might want to look into consulting with a fiduciary financillary planner or accountant. Get a retirement plan started.

I have zero savings, no health insurance, no college education. I make 1,600 dollars a month minus 400 for rent/utilities, 55 for phone bill and maybeee 250 a month for food. Oh also 240 for weed. So I guess I have 655 extra a month. This is new bc I started getting more hours recently and also cut back drinking on once a month or less. I have various emergency room debts but no college debt.
Aside from the 11,000 I'm also getting 500 bucks from taxes.
What do I do?
And no car, live in a city

How much are the er debts? May want to pay those off. I say still put some in a retirement plan and then you will have something to contribute into with extra money from time to time.

Pay debts first, then get into a Roth IRA. Your CUNA affiliated wealth manager can help you get started.

Save it if you don't have emergency funds. If you already have that set up, why not try starting some type of investing portfolio.
