How do I tell people to fuck off politely?
This happens often, right now what comes to mind is at my job is this bossy cunt who for some reason thinks she can boss me around. I don't usually do what she says but basically it often becomes a conflict, and she's been there a long time so managment takes her side.

And then give serious consideration to the possibility that, since she's more experienced, her suggestion might be a good one. If not, go back to doing it your way.

There's nothing polite about "fuck off" or having to tell somebody to go away.
It's like a band-aid. Tell them to fuck off, or you'll have to deal with them forever. What's more painful? Them not fucking off, or you having to tell them to fuck off? Which lasts longer?
