If I was a hermit in middle and high school does that mean that I'm probably going to be a hermit in college?
Because it's not like I'm going to suddenly be interested in or like others by going to a college

Why not? You are facing one of the few times in your life when you can completely re-invent yourself.
No one knows you or your reputation. No one knows you were antisocial or inept or a loser or anything. You face the world with absolutely no reputation or identity.
If you can pull it off you can present yourself as a chad and everyone will believe you. But even short of that, if you just smile or say hello to people - or force yourself to for a while - they will accept you as just another guy. And you might discover that you like that.
I was a hermit now I work in a investment bank telling people what to do
I still hate being around most people but now I've got the strong lone wolf thing down pretty good now
was very silent and creepy in HS, still can't get along with most people I got to know when I was young.
Went to college, got an extroverted friend, now I'm in them iddle between beeing introverted and extroverted and have a lot of fun.
It can be, that it's the people and their topics, that make you go into solity. But if you study what you are interested, the topic is great and the people can be interesting aswell.
