It's not your hairline, but I doubt you're going bald. Maybe your hair is thinning, but that doesn't automatically equal bald.

And honestly, it COULD just be the hairline, but it's damn wide.

Neither, really. As we (men and women) get older, hair just thins. My grandfather, who died at age 92 this past summer, had a full head of hair until his death. In the 25 years I knew him, though, his hair got thinner and thinner. Never bald, though - not everyone is just gonna go bald. But just about every man will experience thinning. Perfectly normal.

If you hate it or feel insecure or bad or ugly with it, there are treatments but really, nobody cars except you so try not to concern yourself with it.

My buddy just turned 19 and he has a part/hairline that is super wide and he has an almost-widow's peak going on.

Everyone's hair is different.

Also, don't let it slip you're under 18 anymore - that's the quickest way to get banned.. especially since you said you'll be 18 in a couple weeks. The men who do it for free around here might even set the ban to two weeks, heh.

If you can get a full blown lumberjack beard then definitely. Personally all I can manage is some chin bush, so it's a lose lose.
