You're probably fine even if you don't do those things. Either way if you drink enough water your urine might get diluted enough for thc metabolites to not be detectable if they are there.

Just get some fake urine from a head shop or order it online and have it shipped fast Monday. I use it all the time even when randomed. I heat it up via microwave or in a hot cup of coffee, stuff it in my gooch, and squeeze it into the cup making sure it's at the right temperature. Generally I have it too hot so I swirl it around a bit until the temp gauge reads 98ish and hand it in.

Really easy, and it works. Detox is bullshit and honestly I think it's "effective" because you're just drinking a bunch of water, not because of the bullshit they are selling. I wouldn't risk my job using that shit.

This is the only reason why I want pot to be illegal. To just see the sedated say "it's not addictive! Oh Noe! I want a job and I accidentally, non addictedly, smoked week when I was looking for work. It's for medical reasons!
