Mother Will Not Stop Buying Dogs

Please help me. My mother won't fucking stop buying dogs. She's 54, still has tens of thousands in credit card debt, doesn't have her house paid off.

>mother has she's acted bipolar and fucking crazy my whole life
>everything goes reasonably okay for her until the year before I leave for college. She buys a dog outta nowhere. Whatev, I like the dog.
>I leave for college, a semester goes by, I come home and she bought another dog. That's ok, 2 dogs are fine for one person.
>a year goes by. I come home from college and she has bought two more dogs. this is too many dogs for A SINGLE WOMAN to take care of.
>She spends thousands of dollars buying clothes for them, buying toys, taking them to the vet, buying food, buying pee pads.
>Just came home tonight for spring break. Like with the other dogs, she has kept it hidden from me that she bought it so that I couldn't stop her. She bought another fucking puppy.

The dogs piss and shit everywhere. None of them are trained to pee outside, but she uses little mats for them to go on.

My mother begs my other family members for money so that she can pay for electricity and internet - when I asked her how she paid for this dog, she said she "saved her money". What the fuck? That's just her using the money my other relatives got. Like I said, she it tens of thousands in debt and she's in her fifties.

She says she wants to breed the dogs and then sell the offspring, but I think this is just an excuse for her to buy more god damn puppies so that she can fill the void in her heart that used to be filled by my father (since he divorced her) and myself (since I go to college).

Every single one of the 5 dogs is a yorkshire terrier.

Please fucking help me I don't know how I can stop her from destroying our McMansion house and my inheritance with these dogs. Should I get my other family members to cut money off? How can I convince her to go to therapy? Sorry for blog post and reddit formatting
