for a lot of people, "God" is just the collective force of people... if everyone around you says "God doesn't want us to wear green" and then they all stop wearing green, what do you call that social force that stops everyone from wearing green? can you see it? touch it? no. its "God"

for other people, god is just an imaginary friend who always has your back. sometimes its nice to just believe that everything is going to be OK because reasons. and they dont think too much about it because it would shatter the illusion

and for some others god is simply that which cant be explained. we can describe so much about our universe and how it behaves and how it functions, but we cant really explain why it exists in the first place... God is the reason why existence exists. it doesnt have to make perfect sense... we are just talking monkeys after all

I think you're more looking at an ideology or a philosophy rather than a God to believe in.

Just start going to church. Churches come in different flavors though. There are wishy washy emotionally feely churches, intellectual churches, old-school super boring churches, insane mentally unhinged churches, borderline terrorist churches, and barely qualifying as religious churches.

Trick is to know which kind of church you're in. I'd say try to find an intellectual one. I think one type is called calvinists or something? Anyway, with those you can actually get a content idea of the belief system, and it actually has a chance of convincing you.

Failing that, if you just can't be convinced, I'd say go to a barely religious or a wishy washy one. Those are essentially functionally just nebulous communities of people with a general inclination to be 'good', or just go because of tradition/culture. There, you can probably find a girl that'd be on the samish page as you - that aren't really serious about the whole thing, but appreciates the good ideas and behavior encouraged by churches.

I can speak for my views and what it means to me what I would like. I prefer to live in a community that is majority white. I believe in Free association (Anti HUD low income housing etc). I am proud to be white and want to continue my culture be connected to my roots. I believe all people deserve a right to self determination. I believe their are some cultures that are superior to others but most people think that eg sub-Saharan Africans are lower than other races. There are outliers but the science is pretty accurate for Race and IQ. that's very brief I could go more in depth if you would like.

Ah ok. I don't think there's any problem with any of that. Only thing is to not exclusively judge individuals on their ethnicity alone - ie, do acknowledge scientific evidence and general patterns, but leave a little jury out for the individual to prove themselves.

I'd say move to such a community if you can. I'm not from the US, but I hear the southern states/Bible belt has a very strong culture analogous to your ideals. I'm sure there would be many adherents to that culture and tenets, irrespective to religion. The US is big enough advanced society where for many niche communities can coalesce and flourish.

Dividing people by their color isn't correct. As I said before, I could be every color that is possible to be and still share the same culture as you.

Culture is the key word here. There's no "stock information" inside us about how to live in society when we are born. We earned them from the society we lived from. So, a hispanic or a black guy could be the same as you are if they lived in your own condition.

I'm sure I can't change your mind in one night, but I could only invite you to look after some study about the social influence.

Ah ok I better understand your point here now. The discussion you have here is nature versus nurture but you see when left to our own devices we are Tribalist and will always prefer our group. It is approximately 80% nature 20% nurture you can see evidence of this in twins split at birth. There have been studies done.
