I got this when I was younger and first started masturbating. I figured out that it only occurred if I had to pee before masturbating, so I always make sure I've peed before I masturbate. If, after masturbating you feel like you have to pee, hold off for 30 minutes and then go, and when you do go, push harder than normal when you're peeing. Fucking hate that feeling, but have gotten it maybe twice in the past ten years because of my methods.
