Not saying you should go outside and go fuck up your life to experience everything. You just need to see that there's more out there that can actually be seen. Just consider yourself extremely lucky to be living a privileged life.

You're depressed. Find some new hobbies/activities that make you put forth some effort. Go to the gym and actually lift instead of some lame treadmill and leave. Change your diet

That would help, but be mindful of the population out there. Have a good travel, but look at the bad sides too because you can have fun because of their hard work. It will give you a better insight on life in general.

consider the pro body builders or just those who dedicate themselves to fitness goals. most all have full daytime jobs and some even with families. they make it work. sure, with a little sacrifice, but if you want it bad enough, you'll make time for it

just like some hoe, if she wants to be with you she'll make it happen. if not, then its either you chasing and wasting your time or cutting that shit loose.
