Are you really so creatively empty that you can't think of something or give us more to go on?
Is there something that all of them like, could you do something related to that? Do they like food? Could you bake them all a cake or just buy them a big pile of weed to share? Make a big card for them all?
Like... give us something to work with, you haven't included any indication that you've actually thought about it or even any personal preferences that your friends have. If you can't even apply yourself when trying to get someone else to give you ideas for your 'goofy grand gesture' then how are we meant to believe that you really care for these people at all?

I vote you invite them over to watch films or shoot the shit and BYOB, but have the place pre-stocked with snack food and bake a cake if you can. It doesn't matter if the cake turns out shitty, it's literally the idea of baking them a cake.
Also make a card or even just stick up a big piece of paper o the wall that says something like "friendfest" (multiple bits of paper stuck together) that has a drawing of something that each of them likes on it. It doesn't matter if you can't draw, it's not about that. Every body loves food.

Road trips are great and cheaper than some destination vacation. I went on a road trip with my family to gulf shores Alabama about 2 weeks ago it was great. We rented part of a beach house condo for like $1k a week. Sat around on the beach all day getting shit faced, ate some really good seafood, and went deep sea fishing, would definitely go again.
