I have PTSD. (The fully-diagnosed as fucked in the head kind, not the Tumblr kind.)

Whenever I remember something I did that was cringey, embarrassing, or whatever, it triggers something like a second-long headache.

I flinch, scrunch up, sometimes my fists will clinch hard, and I'll just freeze for a bit.

I'm not blacking out or anything, it's just a quick "AH FUCK!" and then it's gone. (Sometimes quickly followed by another cringe-ish memory that causes another one to happen.)

Is this related to my PTSD in some way, or is this normal?

pick one.

That's pretty normal and shouldn't be related to PTSD in any way, i do the same and sometimes even jerk upright suddently and say "fuck!" outloud or clutch my eyes very hard.

Though i'm pretty fucked up in the head. Still sure that has nothing to do with it tho.

i think everyone has a physical response when they remember something cringey. ptsd is when you get nightmares, you stay away from something that reminds you of a tramatic event, etc. i think what you might describe is generalize anxiety or a panic attack(when you start sweating, shallowed breathing, nervousness).

It's not PTSD. This happened to me as I was walking down the street, I remembered something cringey and it made me stop mid stride shut my eyes tight and go, "AGH,GOD!" there were people around and the expressions on their faces helped me laugh it off. Usually I repeat "accept it , it's in your past, you'll never see the person involved again" as a mantra for those triggered memories

So it was literally diagnosed or are you just being dramatic with the wording?

Sounds like some stress management education would help you. Look up Noah Elkrief on Youtube.
