I think all my problems stem from my erectile dysfunction and it runs very deep. I lost my virginity at 12 to another 12 year old and had only seen porn a few times. From then until I quit at about 24 (and have relapsed a few times) I've probably been beating it to porn 3 times a day on average. During all that time I've had some girl friends and have tried to have sex, and most of the time I couldn't get hard. If I did get hard enough to put my dick in, it wasn't very fun, because the whole time I would worry about losing my boner and eventually would.
Then I quit porn, started trying to exercise and eat healthy. I've had some great sex with rock hard boners since then. The problem still remains mentally though. I still feel like I'm incapable of pleasing a woman because of growing up feeling inadequate and having relationships ruined because of it. It makes me very insecure about a woman's previous experiences because I feel I'll never compare, and if we date she'll just cheat on me so that she can be satisfied. It's crippling both mentally and emotionally.
I feel like I know the root of the problem, and even though I've been able to have some great sex recently I don't know how to overcome this deep seated insecurity/issue. Some help/advice would be fantastic. Thanks!
