What direction should I push my career in?
I'm a 25 year old women with an arts undergraduate and a science masters. I have 3+ years of administrative/receptionist work, I get by just fine by wearing lipstick and kissing ass as a receptionist however this isn't a lifelong career. Honestly, I think I only get decent work feedback because I'm young and thin and act submissive at work, the kind of men in charge here tend to just objectively hate older women by default. I can't stay in this kind of position forever.
I want to work in something where I can pick up part time hours instead and continue in that field for the rest of my life. I don't have grand ambitions, I just want to continue to feel secure that I can pay my rent and have enough spare time for my cheap hobbies.

You would be hard pressed to find skilled labor that offers a part time position.
