Lets say you get pulled over, high as Balls, but the pigs don't know that yet. If you Light one up as soon as they stop you and the engine is off, do they have any way of proving you wereld high? The test Will obviously be positive, but it's not like they can tell when you smoken.

You can get a DUI just having the key in the ignition and being intoxicated. so yeah, you're getting a DUI on top of possession

This questions interests me because I live in IL and have my medical marijuana card, but obviously driving while high is still illegal.

So if I get pulled over after I've cheefed a massive joint, reeking of weed and my eyes are bloodshot, then show the cop my MM card, what can he do? As far as I know there isn't a breathalyzer or any other field test that tests for THC.
