If you like it yes. Just be careful, if you only want to "downgrade" because of botnet, windows 7 ships telemetry and shit through updates too. Google "Ancile" and look up the official voat thread if you want to disable botnet.
Also, windows 7 is a pain in the ass to update. You need to install a manual update because windows update goes into an infinite loop updating for the first time.
