How can I find out what health insurance I have? My mom keeps

How can I find out what health insurance I have? My mom keeps saying im under hers but she doesn't know exactly herself and keeps saying she'll check which she wont.

I want to see a therapist and maybe go to the doctor for a check up on my own soon but I need to know what I have. 20 year old.

If you call up any hospital they might be able to help you with that. They have the ability to look up that information in case someone comes in unconscious or something.

At the very least you (or she) should have an insurance card with the insurance company name, the name of the insured person(s), an ID #, coverage date range, etc.

Does your mom work? Does she have insurance coverage through her work? Could it be through Medicaid or something like that? (Sometimes the name differs from state to state.)
