I just yawned very widely, and something moved in my jaw from the bottom of my neck to under my chin. For a second it stayed there as a lump, but it seems to be gone now. What the fuck was that? Should I be alarmed?

This. My masseter cramps up every now and then after a particularly voracious yawn. Hurts like a bitch and the muscle tissue under jaw feels like it turns into concrete.
