Help anons, I'm a mess with a schedule, I don't really do that much but still can barely find time for things that really should be done...
here is a quick snap of my daily schedule
> wake up at 10ish, depending on how sleepy I am,
> 1h to take morning supplements, coffee, honey, waking up
> ~11h go to the gym, hard workout, takes about hour and a half with moving
> ~13h, lunch time, usually restaurants, this is best opportunity eat a lot healthy
> from lunch till ~15h, be brain dead as I'm digesting food
> remaining of the afternoon, from 15~18h, perhaps only useful time for work,
> that is if I simply don't waste it browsing the chans and youtube, and of course if I don't have to go out for chores
> 18~23h, college classes, it takes an hour on public trans each way, I'm usually late too
> after coming back, dinner if there is something or just crap eating
> stay awake until 2h am, catching up on the internet, playing or watching series
> usually stay up past 2 because I have no tracking of time, sleep badly and be a zombie the next day
> rinse and repeat

eat less carbs at lunch so you don't get brain dead.
use a site blocker or edit your hosts file or turn off your router or whatever it takes to make browsing impossible.
prioritize sleep, go to bed earlier, wake up earlier.
get a pavlok or have someone shock you when you fuck around.
start small. set super easy doable goals. gain some momentum then set slightly harder goals.
