So if you and your gf of 4 years break up, you go no contact for 30 days, then send her a hope everything's well type message and get no response, what do you do?
She read it but didn't respond, it's been three days. Should I just take it as her saying she's not interested or should I ask her to meet up or something? Thanks

She's your ex, why would you text her and why would she respond? Give her space and time to get over your relationship. It's over. Time to move on.

Could have a thousand reasons why she chose not to respond and speculating why she made this decision is pointless. Fact is, she did. Respect that decision and don't be a needy faggot by texting her again. I don't even know how anone could think it's a good idea to react to a non-answer by asking that person to meet, especially if that person is your ex.

Sigh it fucks with your head when you date someone for 4 years then they go cold. When emotions run high logic runs low.

I imagine. I was pretty much in the same situation as you, but with roles reversed. We broke up on good terms and after it just kept texting, she even called like once a week. After about 1-2 months I started responding less and one day, after she send me an absolutely sweet text, telling me how she misses me and will always be there if I don't know where to go in life, I simpy stopped answering. I didn't respond for about two weeks and then only with something along the lines of 'kk'. Total dick move, but I just felt like not answering is better for me.
Now, about 1.5 months after that text, I met her for a brief 5minutes and explained her why I chose not to answer, because I felt that would be a fair thing to do. But you can't expect this from everyone.
In your situation, maybe she's already over you, maybe she's just been busy, maybe she's still so devasted by the breakup that answering you would make her feel worse. It doesn't matter. Go on with your life, as weird and sad as it might seem.
