Be me: years of anxiety and depression symptoms. Crippling panic attacks, get through them over a year. Still feel depressed, go to emergency clinic, get prescribed a month of meds. See doctor, say I'm going to beat it on my own without relying on meds, escpecially since the goal is to get off the medication eventually anyway. Take medication over the past several days, all good. Terrible drowsiness and swimming head last night forcing me to go home. Scared to continue, not sure if it's worth it. Thoughts?
You could always just do it.

hi don't be a fucking retard
you have a disease
of course you should take medicine you fucking moron, and you're probably going to need it for the rest of your life
Ask your doctor
Very happy with these responses. I'll probably try a full month and see, I just don't want to become reliant upon pills

Thanks, you're right. I will not do this for the rest of my life, it's just not sustainable. I have no problem with people who take medication, but for me it seems like surrender
