Turning life around as an autist

The story is the usual. 22 and no friends or girlfriend. I always felt like social milestones just fell into other people's laps and life just left me out despite trying. Recently got my asperger's diagnosis. Due to my current incel status I thought about paying a hooker to get the virgin stigma and sexual frustration off my back. Would this be a good idea? It's very frustrating to see all these beautiful young women everyday and having no idea on how to strike up a conversation in order to get a girlfriend otherwise I'd try this first.
Any fellow autismos or social experts with some ideas? How do you usually meet a partner? I don't have any friends or meeting avenues currently so I joined a guitar course. If I had some rules or guidelines on striking up a convo with a girl I'd take the cold turkey approach and just talk to them on the street. I'm not sure though what I could offer to a normal girl. It seems like they all live in a different world with their hundreds of facebook and phone contacts.
