I am one semester away from earning my masters degree in psychology. The problem is I just had the realization that I HATE people. I hate interacting with them, talking to them, being around them. I've worked to hard, and to long to get this far. What should I do?

Probably use some of the insight you've gained to work through it. Hating people isn't very healthy in the long run.

Welp. You can continue on with it and get a job, or you can stop while youre ahead and do something else.
