I have noticed I get spots all over my lower body (butt, thighs, legs) and I think its body acne. It's weird because I have never had issues with spots on my face (only the occasional one here and there) but it's really embarassing. I'm very pale so they stand out a lot and they get worse when I shave my legs. It's a huge insecurity of mine, especially when I wear shorts/dresses or get intimate with a guy.
Has anyone else had this? What can I do to lessen the appearance of them?

Are you sure they're not ingrown hairs from shaving? The pore tends to swell and looklike acne if its not tended to

do they feel like pimples? i have a lot of bumps on my body, namely my arms and chest. and i actually got them WHILE taking accutane.
turns out its not acne, but rather the opposite. acne is caused by an over production of oil, these are caused by dryness. they arent like acne at all.
if you have body acne see a dermatologist.

I have the same thing all over my thighs and legs. Well not ALL over but they're very noticeable I think. They might be ingrown hairs as I've messed with several and a lot had a small hair inside. Although mine isn't from shaving because I seldom ever shave my thighs. I'm aware that I should probably see a dermatologist, but there's a lot of other shit I need to do as well. It'll get done, eventually.
