I am agnostic. I get really, really irritated by people preaching manipulative religious jargon at all the freshmen. They literally are set up with bibles and pamphlets for their cults. They ask you for money.
I am thinking of emailing the Dean and figuring out a way for them to get a room. I don't mind people being religious as long as they do not talk about it nor preach it around me. It is rude.
Any suggestions?

The world isn't your safe space, faggot. They have absolutely every right to talk about or preach anything they want and you have every right to keep walking and ignore them.
Your comfort does not trump freedom of speech.
I get them preaching off of campus but when you are trying to get from class and have some religious nutjob soliciting you to join their cult about fuckall Mormon, christian, muslim, or jewish god it is extremely annoying. They can have their little faith circle jerks in a class room or in a space where they are not in the fucking way. They sit in the single most walked area on campus and just bug the fuck out of everyone.

>I'm so much smsrter than these stupid gullible freshmen!
>How can I save them from the evils of religion?

religion isn't evil.. it helps a lot of retards. I just don't like it. To each their own. Just don't bring your shit into my zone of study. I don't need a text compiled of sacred metaphors to be thrown in my face anytime I have to go across campus. It's ridiculous.
You ignore them like any normal person would?

It's a public space, they can organize and express their views however much they want

>my zone
Well as chancellor of the university you should have no problem telling them to leave then?
>how can I kick different ideologies out of a public space?
