How do I date if Im not /fit/?

I have issues with "time".

I work everyday from 8 to 5 and study from 6:30 to 10:30. I commute from home to work in an hour, from work to uni in an hour and a half, and from uni to home in hour and a half.

And Sundays I have to study.

What do?

People don't realize why people don't like dating somebody who looking like that OP's pic is cuz people don't wanna date somebody who doesn't respect themselves by having a bad habits that making them look fat. People who are /fit/ obviously have that "dedication" character and people like that shit on somebody they wanna date.
