I've always had thick, voluminous hair, but every now and then a shit ton of hair falls off, which is alright because in the end, there isn't much of a difference. It just makes me a little bit anxious. Why does this happen? I'm not stressed whenever it happens. It just occurs randomly. Pic not very related, thanks in advance
