Go to your local college campus (preferably university since community college kids have even less money). There's always a group of kids sitting in the grass or outside their dorms looking for someone whose holding.

vape and smoke shops will tell you to leave if they see you selling. I'm pretty sure it's still illegal to sell without a license, even in the legal states.

It's shady as fuck but easy money.... Go speak to some high school kids 16 and up and be like wanna get high? Got some dank as wax here for good prices too ;:'). Eventually you end up with kids selling yo shit to all their buddies for you. But it is shady as fuck. Try colleges too etc! Opinion from personal experience. Best of luck mang
