I have a really bad ache on my right shoulder, it is my dominant hand so I use it often especially at work. I've had this problem since I started carrying heavy ass books in high school. I've gone to doc and she said she didn't find anything wrong and that she could send me to a therapist.
Does anyone else have this issue and how did you help it? I sometimes smoke tree to help but it doesn't fully take away the pain. I'm only 23, is this gonna last my entire life? It even starts to hurt if I sit at the computer too long.
Rsi. Look it up. Most doctors have no clue how to treat it.
Have you fallen down and caught yourself with your right arm? That happened to me, and that ended up tearing my ACL joint which caused a lot of pain in my shoulder, then back, and then neck. I went through physical therapy, but in the end, I think resting the shoulder for a month or two really helped the healing process.
Try asking a physical therapist about it.
If you want, maybe you can buy a shoulder brace to help relive the pain from bad posture.
