Was this very inappropriate?

First part probably wasn't bad as long as you made it clear you were lightly joking. No clue why you made an unsolicited joke at the second employee at all. Even friends or significant others wouldn't find that joke funny, let alone a random coworker. All in all, probably best to not make these jokes again, especially to random coworkers that are only that, coworkers, and nothing more.

Was the joke bad because it was childish, crude, sexual? I was kinda not focused.
