Is there any way to know if I have autism?
I like to repeat some things and I like to spend time alone, I do not have many problems to talk to unknown people or communicate, but sometimes when I do not find a topic of conversation I get very nervous, a doctor I met with just looking at the pupil of the eye he realized that I was someone nervous and ask me if I was nervous all the time.

if you had autism you would have been diagnosed already. and if you somehow had it without getting diagnosed than you're high functioning enough that getting a diagnoses would only hurt you, not help you.

I know, only that sometimes I feel that I dont fit, I worry about what people think of me and I understand that it's stupid, sometimes I try to avoid thinking that way, but I end up doing it inconsiderately,

You won't get a diagnosis as an adult. I got mine by acting like a normal little shit and I had behavioral/authority problems. But, the older I get the more I can admit, it's autism.
