A tiop that made me from a "clingy needy fuck and a desperate introvert" guy to an okay normal guy(I'd define myself my present character to be more extrovert-ish and more social) is that i stopped watching porn. 2 years back, I was suffereing from immense porn and masturbation addiction and I finally wanted to get rid of those shit. I go out now more. Goes to gym 4 times a week. Not desperate at all. I kinda feel like I should had done more and I should do more now. I feel my worthiness is more that it has been ever. I wish to be a better person.

Also first stop thinking getting into a relationship is the first step. Get to make youself better, make some friends and I'm not saying you should make a shit ton of friends but make a few friends like at a gym, a college, an activity, a hobby, etc. This should cure your lonliness. After you feel like your life's back again stable, get into a relationship and be a honest motherfucker in it. Make her proud that she got you. Obviously these may not happen all of a sudden in like a month or two but give it time. Ever heard of time heals everything? That's true. Time makes you a better person and a more worse person.
