So say somebody has done a lot of things to me I deem unforgivable, how would I go about fucking up their life for themselves. Are there any way I could hire someone to do anything from burn their car to frame them a pedophile to murder them? What are some way I can fuck with em where I won't get caught?

If you really want to ruin their life, the only way to make it long-term satisfaction is to live your life happily, climb out that carrer, make your social value higher than theirs.
The saying "when they go low, you go high" is applicable here. When you finally got to become a big cheese, or at least someone better than them, they'll hit realization even if their pride wouldn't allow them to admit it, and it will break their mind and body HARDER than any acid or bullet.
