So for the last year or so it has been getting progressively harder to brush my teeth. Whenever I do it I get some toothpaste down my throat and start gagging. I am using the same brush,technique and toothpaste I have always used (arm and hammer complete care) and I have no idea why this is happening.
Its gotten so bad that I actually vomited last night after brushing. What the fuck do?

otherwise it'd be good to isolate what's triggering you and change it. try a different toothpaste maybe, don't use as much, and also you're not supposed to swallow it.

There are those green finger sleeve things that you use to brush on the go.
