I took up working for a family member because I'm a former freelancer and they couldn't get anyone reliable.
I've been making this guy around $2 million a year and he won't give me a pay rise from about $40,000 and makes me work insane hours.
I feel bad because other family members have a stake in the business but where do you draw the line?
Oh yeah this guys always yelling and blaming me for his problems.

depends on the context, but if you can make 2 million dollars a year by walking away and telling the clients 'hey, you know how im the guy who does all the work? well i can at 75% of the original cost now.
boom, now you're a millionaire.
